Put a spring in your step when the clocks go forward on 27th March

The days will feel longer which is great as we’ll want to fit in all those activities we’ve always promised ourselves we’ll get round to.  

To kick-start those long days it’s really essential to boost energy levels with the most important meal of the day: BREAKFAST! When we wake up our energy reserves are diminished - breakfast is the meal that helps us ‘break the fast’ after a night’s sleep because it immediately brings our body energy levels back up to normal and restores our blood glucose level. It provides both our brain and body with the crucial fuel we need to make it through a busy day ahead.

The saying goes ‘breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper’. So make sure you do, and you’ll soon begin to notice a spring in your step from the extra energy boost breakfast gives you!
